Digital Millennium Copyright Act compliance, takedown, and counter-notice procedure.
KAIZORA respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We respond promptly to valid notices of claimed infringement on our service.
Users may only upload, list, sell, license, distribute, or otherwise monetize content for which they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful authorization.
KAIZORA prohibits the upload, listing, sale, distribution, promotion, or monetization of content or services that violate applicable law, the rights of others, or KAIZORA’s Terms of Service and Trust & Safety guidelines.
The following categories are expressly prohibited on KAIZORA:
KAIZORA prohibits pornography, sexually explicit content, explicit sexual imagery or video, sexual services, and other content or services primarily intended for sexual gratification.
Content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
KAIZORA prohibits content that infringes or misappropriates another person’s or entity’s copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful authorization before uploading or monetizing content on KAIZORA.
KAIZORA may remove, disable, or demonetize content that is the subject of a valid copyright complaint or that KAIZORA reasonably believes may infringe third-party rights.
KAIZORA prohibits content that promotes, praises, supports, recruits for, or provides material assistance to violent extremist organizations or violent extremist activity.
This includes extremist propaganda, recruitment materials, fundraising materials, instructions, or other content intended to facilitate or encourage violent extremist activity.
KAIZORA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
The creation, upload, storage, listing, sale, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of CSAM is strictly prohibited.
KAIZORA may immediately remove or disable suspected CSAM, suspend or terminate associated accounts, and make reports to appropriate authorities or organizations when required by applicable law.
KAIZORA may remove, disable, restrict access to, or demonetize content that violates this policy or other KAIZORA policies. KAIZORA may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with prohibited content or activity.
Nothing in this policy limits KAIZORA’s ability to take immediate action when necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, respond to legal requests, or protect the safety and integrity of the KAIZORA marketplace.

If your content was removed and you believe this was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing dmca@kaizora.app. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file suit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
KAIZORA terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
After three (3) confirmed takedowns, accounts are automatically suspended and all associated content is hidden pending review.
